בין שהמקלט מצוי בתוך הבית קיים ונגיש, או שהמקלט בנוי בקומת מרתף או ממוקם בחצר הבית. כל תקלה בו יכולה להיות מסוכנת בשעת חירום.

אנו מבצעים: חידוש דלתות, חלונות מקלט  ושיפוץ מנגנוני נעילה. החלפת גומי אטם בדלתות, חלונות ופתחי אוורור. התקנת סולמות מילוט. אספקת דלתות וחלונות מקלט, עיגון המשקופים וביצוע יציקת בטון. קידוח בבטון והתקנת צינורות אוורור. אספקת שירותים כימיים + פרגוד. אספקה והצבת מיכל מים כולל מעמד וחובק. שילוט המקלט בשלטים פולטי אור צביעה בצבע פולט אור. תחזוקה שוטפת למקלטים.
